We are happy to accept exchanges through our return portal HERE

  • If you need to exchange a piece, please make sure that the following requirements are met:
    • The product must be returned in its original condition :
      • Unworn
      • Unwashed
      • With original Darlin’ tags and Darlin’ sanitary liners intact
    • Within 14 days from the delivery date – no exceptions will be accepted past this window
  • If there are any signs of wear, or any of the previously listed requirements are not met, we will not accept the exchange & it will be returned back to you
  • Once we have received & accepted the item in its original condition, you will receive store credit, via the email you used to make the original purchase, within 2-3 business days.
  • You can use this credit at any time to purchase the new desired item. Standard processing and shipping will follow

If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return, please begin the return process through our portal : CLICK HERE TO START A RETURN

  • We will happily accept the return IF all requirements listed below are met:
    • The product must be returned in its original condition :

    • Within 14 days from the delivery date – no exceptions will be accepted past this window
  • If there are any signs of wear, or any of the previously listed requirements are not met, we will not accept the return & it will be returned back to you
  • Once we have received & accepted the item in its original condition, you will receive a full refund on the original form of payment. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

    Store credit does not expire after any given time – use until it gives out

    DARLIN’ swimwear is not responsible for any lost or obscured packages during the return process

    International sales are final. No returns will be accepted at this time

    SHIPPING

    Shipping Transit Times and Rates

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
    Shipping estimates are from the time the selected shipping service receives your package. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method at checkout. 
      
    Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on data directly from the carrier and the region in which we are shipping to + the weight of the items in your cart. 
      

    How Do I Track My Order?

    Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information in the email to be updated. 

    If you have not received tracking after your have placed your order, please check your junk mail. If the email is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us directly.

    Damaged or Lost Packages
     
    Darlin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
     
    International Shipping 
     

    Customer is responsible for taxes and customs duties attained on the way to the destination

    Unfortunately shipping internationally can come with some unexpected hold ups - please be aware that customs can delay shipping times
