Exchange for store credit only. No refunds.

Customer must contact within 7 days of receiving your purchase to request authorization for exchange.

Once the items are authorized to be returned (meeting the 7 day window), you will send your items back to DARLIN’ swimwear’s headquarters for review.

  • Items must be in original condition : unworn, unwashed, sanitary liner in tact, and hangtags still attached. DARLIN’ swimwear reserves the right to decide if the returned product meets the requirements listed. IF the items do not meet the requirements, the items will not be accepted for exchange due to sanitary reasons
  • Items must also include original invoice with returned items
  • Your package must be post marked within 14 days after receiving your purchase – any packages post marked outside of that window will not be accepted.
  • After your package is received and the goods meet the sanitary criteria, you will receive an email containing a store credit. You can use this store credit to purchase any new item(s) desired.

Store credit does not expire after any given time – use until it gives out

DARLIN’ swimwear is not responsible for any lost or obscured packages during the return process

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs

All SALE ITEMS are final sale and may not be exchanged

International sales are final. No returns will be accepted at this time

This is a small operation on the ground floor of our journey. It is our absolute goal to one day be able to accept returns for refunds (we all know how easy the big guys make it). The reality is that this is a one-woman show. The hands that packed your order are the hands that have seen these through and through until they have reached you. & I only have two. So for now, while DARLIN’ pushes to grow – I will do whatever I possibly can to avoid an exchange being needed in the first place. Shipping Transit Times and Rates

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11am PST Mon-Fri are shipped the following day. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
Shipping estimates are from the time the Post Office receives your package. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method at checkout. 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on data directly from the carrier and the region in which we are shipping to + the weight of the items in your cart. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information in the email to be updated. 

If you have not received tracking after your have placed your order, please check your junk mail. If the email is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Darlin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping 

Customer is responsible for taxes and customs duties attained on the way to the destination

Unfortunately shipping internationally can come with some unexpected hold ups - please be aware that customs can delay shipping times
